Although these jobs are all paperwork and bureaucracy, only individuals with experience in the medical field will be hired to do them, as they are the only ones who understand the system, how it works, and how to go about it. More detailed requirements regarding education and background will be determined by each company in part, nurses will have to find the positions that they are most appropriate for, and which suit their own needs as well.

To do this job, next to your medical background, all you need is a comfy desk, chair and a computer, as well as fairly good typing skills.
